Delivery
Delivery is by Royal Mail to UK addresses by default*
I post orders as soon as possible – usually by the next business day, however things don’t always go to plan! If I expect a delay I’ll let you know. If I’m away, I’ll post a note on the site so you know to expect a delay.
The delivery options and prices (see below) will be displayed on the basket page based on what you’re purchasing.
If you buy more than one item, you’ll only pay one delivery price – whichever is the more expensive.
I do my best to package your purchase as best as I can. I can’t control what happens between my studio and your front door, so let me know if your order succumbed to a nasty fate on its way to you (I’ll need some photographic evidence please) and I’ll send a free replacement.
Prices
I make no money from delivery – I only pass on what it costs me to send using Royal Mail (packaging materials are included in the product price).

Greetings Cards
Nothing complicated here. Cards (accompanied by a plain white envelope in a cellophane bag to keep the elements out) are sent in a larger envelope.
Prints
Prints are unmounted when sent in the post.
A4 prints will be packaged in a board-backed envelope. Larger prints will be rolled up in a cardboard tube.
I have mounts available for A4 and A3 prints. However, these take more effort to keep them safe in transit (a sturdy cardboard box with bubble wrap for cushioning) so you’ll need to request a quote for this. If you can collect locally, that’s your best bet.
Ceramic Mugs
Mugs are packed in a pretty tough cardboard box that’s specially made for transporting them. I add some scrunched paper or similar as extra padding to be on the safe side.
* If you live outside the UK, please use the contact form and let me know what item(s) you’re interested in and what country you’re in. I can then check the latest Royal Mail prices for ‘International Tracked & Signed’ and quote for you.
For example, an A4 print (large letter, up to 250g) would cost £10.65 to send to the US.
** If you opt for ‘Signed For’ and nobody is available to sign for your package when it arrives, Royal Mail will attempt to deliver it to a neighbour and leave a card. Otherwise they’ll leave a card at your address and take the item back to a customer service point, where you can then either collect it or arrange a redelivery.
