Delivery is FREE for UK addresses!
If you live outside the UK, I’m open to one-off delivery requests to other countries once I’ve worked out the fee for you!
I post orders as soon as possible – usually by the next business day, however things don’t always go to plan! If I expect a delay I’ll let you know. If I’m away, I’ll post a note on the site so you know to expect a delay.
Greetings cards are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class.
Nothing complicated here. Cards are accompanied by a plain white envelope and are packaged inside a cellophane bag to keep the elements out.
Prints need a little more care so are sent by Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class. If nobody is available to sign for your package when it arrives, Royal Mail will attempt to deliver it to a neighbour and leave a card. Otherwise they’ll leave a card and take the item back to a customer service point, where you can then either collect it or arrange a redelivery.
Unmounted A4 prints will be wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in a board-backed manila envelope with ‘Please do not bend’ clearly printed on it.
Larger unmounted prints will be lovingly rolled up in a cardboard tube ready for delivery.
Mounted prints are available on request. If you’d like your print in an acid-free card mount, let me know and I’ll give you a quote. They need a little more effort to keep them flat – via a sturdy cardboard box with bubble wrap for cushioning.
I do my best to package your print as best as I can. I can’t control what happens between my studio and your front door, so let me know if your print succumbed to a nasty fate on its way to you (I’ll need some photographic evidence please) and I’ll send a free replacement.
